SECOND APPOINTMENT (ABPM Results And Test Results)
The patient's various test results (blood, urine, electrocardiograph etc) arrive and indicate normal heart function, renal function, liver function and glucose levels. Combined with the results from your physical examination of the patient, these results indicate that the patient does not have target organ damage, cardiovascular disease, renal or liver disease or diabetes.

The cholesterol/HDL results are used along with the initial clinic blood pressure and other information to calculate the patient's 10 year cardiovascular disease risk.

The patient's 10 year cardiovascular disease risk is 15.2%.

The patient's ABPM results show that his daytime average blood pressure is 144/92 mmHg.
