ABOUT THE PACKAGE
This package "Hypertension - Example Exericses" consists of a set of example exercises based around the management and treatment of hypertension as recommended within the United Kingdom (at the time of writing).
For each example exercise, you will be given details about a patient. Note: the patient is fictional and the details are not based on a real case history.
As you work through the exercise, you will need to decide:
- Whether the patient has hypertension
- Where applicable, what stage of hypertension the patient has
- Where applicable, what treatment the patient should have
- When pharmacological treatment is required, what drugs the patient should be given
