Objectives

After finishing this activity you should be able to:

1. write a number to a specified number of decimal places and round up/down the last figure correctly
2. write a number to a specified number of significant figures and round up/down the last figure correctly
3. state - when using significant figures - when a zero is significant and when it is not significant.
