Decimal Places
When doing experiments or calculations, you may be asked to record your results to a specific number of decimal places. Decimal places consider ONLY those digits AFTER the decimal point.
If, during an experiment, you are asked to record a number to TWO decimal places, your recorded number must have TWO numbers after the decimal point. For example:
6.7392 recorded to two decimal places would be 6.74
