SECOND APPOINTMENT (ABPM Results And Test Results)
The patient's various test results (blood, urine, electrocardiograph etc) arrive and indicate normal renal function, liver function and glucose levels. Combined with the results from your physical examination of the patient, these results indicate that the patient does not have renal disease, liver disease or diabetes. However, the patient does have target organ damage in the form of left ventricular hypertrophy.

The cholesterol/HDL results are used along with the initial clinic blood pressure and other information to calculate the patient's 10 year cardiovascular disease risk.

The patient's 10 year cardiovascular disease risk is 8.2%.

The patient's ABPM results show that her daytime average blood pressure is 148/93 mmHg.
