Full And Partial Agonists
Suppose you find, experimentally, the dose-response curve for several agonists and obtain the results shown across.
You find that some of the agonists produce a maximum response but other agonists, even at very high concentrations, do not give a maximum response.
The agonists which elicit the maximum response are known as full agonists.
